2012 Campaign Management Seminar
Georgia Farm Bureau was created to be a voice of leadership and assistance to the agricultural sector, and to be a spokesman for the farmer in the legislative arena.
To be that voice of leadership, we believe in preparing both members and non-members to become leaders in their communities. Whether it be a seat on the county commission or the local school board, or maybe something a little more grand.
To further that goal, Georgia Farm Bureau will host a Campaign Management Seminar for persons who are interested in seeking public office to learn more about running a campaign.
This bipartisan Campaign Management Seminar will be presented by the American Farm Bureau Federation. This program was developed with input from political consultants and staff members of both political parties. The seminar is designed for those interested in running for public office at the encouraged to participate.
The seminar will be held in Macon at the Georgia Farm Bureau home office and is limited to 30 participants for a fee of $150 for Farm Bureau members and $200 for non-members. This fee covers materials and some meals. The seminar is scheduled for March 26 and 27, and the deadline to register is February 24.
